Our maintenance crew are well equipped to take on all things pesticides. We have a range of maintenance clients both commercial and residential that we visit fortnightly or weekly throughout the growing season, depending on their personal needs.
PA1 Safe Handling and Application of Pesticides is an industry recognised qualification that must be acquired before dealing with any hazardous pesticides that could cause damage to plant or animal life as well as enter water courses. It is not only about identifying the correct chemical to be used in each situation but also how best to apply it based around the scenario. This is a key foundational unit that ensures our team are safe and you can have peace of mind.
PA6a Knapsack Hand Held Applicator is a more specific course which applies to the way in which our teams will apply the pesticide. It means that they are certified in not only putting the correct concentration in their containers but equally they know how to read the conditions in order to ensure the weather is safe to apply chemical using a spraying lance.
We are trained in using a range of pesticides, from Roundup weedkiller, that eradicates all weeds and growth in site, Weedol broadleaf herbicides that specifically tackles only the large leafed weeds that may be inbedded in the lawn. Get in touch to see how we can help you with your infestation:
